The whole room, from both sides.

Founders get a log of every open, download and AI question. Investors get a portal that answers from the documents, with citations. The AI in between never trains on your documents and runs only on zero-data-retention endpoints.

For founders

Run the raise from one room.

Upload, share, watch and answer. Everything an investor does in the room is logged against their record, including what they asked the AI.

  • Upload as-is

PDF, DOCX, XLSX and markdown go in without reformatting. PDFs render inline for investors, and DOCX and XLSX are readable in the portal.

    pdf · docx · xlsx · md

  • Versioned documents

Replace a file and the previous version stays on record, ready to restore. Investors open the current one.

    version history

  • Share links with rules

Email gate, allow and block lists, password, expiry, download control and watermarking, set per link. Revoke any link in one click.

    docsend-style · revocable

  • Who opened what

Opens, time spent per document and downloads, broken out by investor and rolled up by firm.

    per investor · per firm

  • AI questions

Exactly what each investor asked the AI, the answer they received and the documents it cited. Filter it, then export it to CSV.

    question · answer · citations · csv

  • Curate the shared FAQ

Promote a good answer into the Q&A pool once. Every investor in the room sees it, and the next version of the question is already answered.

    q&a pool · curated

  • Company updates

Publish progress inside the portal, next to the documents it refers to, so investors read the update and the evidence in one place.

  • Invite your team

Sign up, create your company and invite teammates. Invite tokens are hashed, single-use and expire.

    self-serve · team invites

  • Bring your own AI key

Use your company's own AI provider key so model usage bills to you. Requests still go only to zero-data-retention endpoints.

For investors

Diligence without the back-and-forth.

A portal that answers questions from the documents, with citations, and only from the documents this investor may open.

  • A portal, not a folder

Documents, updates and models in one place under the company's name, filtered to exactly what this investor is permitted to see.

    permission-filtered

  • Read in the browser

PDFs render inline, DOCX opens as text and spreadsheets as a grid. Downloads only when the founder allows them.

    inline pdf

  • Ask the documents

Ask in plain language. The answer is grounded in the documents the investor may open and nothing else.

    ai q&a

  • Citations on every answer

Each answer names the document it came from, so the investor can open the source and check the number.

    cited · verifiable

  • Choice of frontier model

Claude Opus, Sonnet or Haiku, or GPT Sol or Astra. Every option is served on a zero-data-retention endpoint.

claude · gpt · zero retention

  • A shared FAQ

Questions the founder has answered once are already there, with the same citations.

    curated q&a

  • Company updates

Progress arrives in the portal alongside the documents it refers to.

    updates

  • Live financial models

Models investors can explore, with assumptions in and scenarios out, beside the deck and the updates they support.

  • Watermarked text

When a founder turns it on, the investor's email is stamped across text documents and the PDFs exported from them.

How the AI works

One question, from ask to audit log.

Your documents never train AI. Every AI request runs only on zero-data-retention endpoints. Here is the whole path a question takes, including the copy you keep.

  1. 01

    Investor asks

A question in plain language, from inside the investor portal.

    portal · signed in

  2. 02

    Permission-filtered retrieval

We search only the documents this investor is allowed to open. The filter is enforced in the database, not in the prompt.

    rls · per investor

  3. 03

    Zero-data-retention endpoint

The question and the matching excerpts go to the chosen model on an endpoint with a zero-data-retention commitment. No provider trains on them.

    bedrock · azure

  4. 04

    Cited answer

The answer names the documents it drew on, so the investor can open the source and check.

    citations · inline

  5. 05

    Founder sees it

Question, answer and citations land in AI questions, tied to the investor record. Export to CSV whenever you like.

Models investors can choose

  • Claude OpusAmazon Bedrock
  • Claude SonnetAmazon Bedrock
  • Claude HaikuAmazon Bedrock
  • GPT AstraMicrosoft Azure
  • GPT SolMicrosoft Azure

Every option is served only on a zero-data-retention endpoint. New versions of each family appear automatically once they are available on one, and a model without a zero-data-retention endpoint is never offered.

What this does and does not mean

It means
No model provider trains on your documents. Each request goes only to an endpoint with a zero-data-retention commitment, and a request no such endpoint can serve is refused. Search embeddings follow the same rule. A company can bring its own AI provider key and the rule still applies.
It does not mean
That excerpts never leave our servers: each question sends the relevant excerpts to the model endpoint for that one request. It also does not mean nothing is kept: the question and answer are saved to your AI questions log. Providers may still run automated abuse screening in real time and retain content only where the law requires it or their safety systems flag it.

Security

Built so the audit trail is the product.

The same mechanisms that keep one company's room sealed from another are what make the analytics trustworthy.

  • rls · per company

    Row-level security per company

Every table enforces company isolation in the database itself. An investor's query cannot return another company's rows.

  • sha256 · single use

    Hashed, single-use invite tokens

Invite tokens are stored as hashes, work exactly once, and expire. A leaked database row is not a working invite.

  • append only

    Append-only audit log

Events can be added, never edited or deleted. The history of the room is the history that happened.

  • view · logged

    Every view logged

Each document open is recorded against the investor who opened it, in the same log you read your analytics from.

  • csp · enforced

    Enforced Content-Security-Policy

Every response carries a Content-Security-Policy that limits which scripts, frames and origins the page may load.

  • at rest · encrypted

    Encrypted at rest

Documents and database rows are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider. AI requests are covered separately, on zero-data-retention endpoints.
